The Ministry of Health with funding from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have embarked on a digital project to improve on the turnaround time for viral load results return to patients.
This project running over two years is being implemented by Cooper/Smith in collaboration with Compelling Works as implementing partner on the ground. It will greatly contribute to reduced turnaround time in viral load results return to clients and also provide a platform for information, education, and communication.
Future perspective include extending it´s features to support other areas including Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) as well as other health sector programs.
Key research activities under VLRR project
Designed research protocol to gain insights into user expectations of a digital solution for return viral load results to client in a timely manner. After protocol approval, Compelling Works will carry out the research.
